This workshop will focus on designing effective, visually compelling maps to convey spatial narratives. It builds on basis spatial data knowledge to explore cartographic principles and techniques for effective stroytelling.

- Quota for face-to-face session: 28 (priority will be given to members who attended the virtual sessions before)

- The workshop with hands-on practice will be conducted in face-to-face session. Participants can also join via virtual session as observers

Ms Alison Chiu
Ms Alison Chiu currently serves as the Student Representative on the Executive Committee of HKGISA. She is a final-year student majoring in Urban Studies at the University of Hong Kong. She is passionate about leveraging GIS technology to advance a sustainable urban future through data-driven solutions.
