Applicants must be aged 6 or over.

No membership fee is required.

Each applicant can only submit one application form, duplicated application will not be accepted.

Members are responsible for updating all personal information to ensure the true, accurate, and complete. Geospatial Lab’s staff reserves the right to ask for additional verification for identity confirmation individually.

For start-ups membership registration, applicants need to provide relevant supporting documents for verification. The application will consider as completed after the approval by the GeoLab’s Manager.

Members are required to present their identity documents with name and photo, such as Hong Kong ID card, student card, etc., when entering Geospatial Lab for verification.

Membership are non-transferable, the use of membership by any third persons other than the registered members is prohibited.

Any member has the right to withdraw from Geospatial Lab by sending written email (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) to Geospatial Lab’s staff.

Geospatial Lab reserves the right to revoke membership should the member violate any terms and conditions of Geospatial Lab.

Geospatial Lab reserves the right to adjust the rules, regulations, terms and conditions without prior notice. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Geospatial Lab.
